We value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the following policy, which applies to all purchases made through the SuperSuits website.

Return Window

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after this period unless required by law.


Return Instructions

  • Notify Us First: To initiate a return, please email info@supersuits.co with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant images (especially for damaged items).

  • Return Authorization: You must receive return instructions before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.


Packaging and Shipping

  • All items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Include any return authorization details and requested documentation inside the package.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind or Customer Error: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the product was ordered incorrectly, doesn’t fit, or is no longer wanted.


Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact SuperSuits customer service as soon as possible with details of the issue. We will provide return instructions, cover any applicable return shipping costs, and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed, SuperSuits will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or covered return shipping where required.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact SuperSuits promptly. We will arrange return shipping at no additional cost and ensure the correct item is sent to you or issue a refund where appropriate.
  • Product Not Delivered: If your product has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact SuperSuits so we can open an investigation with the courier. If the shipment is confirmed lost during standard transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. However, refunds, replacements, or compensation may be limited or unavailable where delays, losses, or non-delivery result from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, government restrictions, natural disasters, or suspension of shipping routes.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply after delivery.

Processing and Refund Timelines

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Refund Approval: Refunds are issued if the item meets return conditions.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at info@supersuits.co.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hygiene items (e.g., underwear or socks) unless unopened and unused


Shipping Method

Returns should be shipped via a trackable carrier (e.g., DHL or another courier with tracking) to ensure safe delivery.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.


Legal Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.
