ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 10:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.


TRANSIT TIME

Standard Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. This applies to most international destinations.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

RETURN POLICY

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Costs:

- Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is covered by us.

- Change of Mind or Other Reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.


RESTOCKING FEE
